In a novel that moves back and forth between the Soviet Union during World War II and modern-day America, Marina, an elderly Russian woman, recalls vivid images of her youth during the height of the siege of Leningrad.

You’re invited to attend the LVDL Adult Book Discussion at 10:00 a.m. on the second Saturday of each month. Books to be read and discussed are suggested by and voted on annually by members of the group. Refreshments are served and new members or visitors are always welcome.
