Board Games Galore

Exploring a shift in mindset on mobility and aging is an important component of how you move and feel. Join Becky DeRosa for an exploration of increasing mobility with age and an introduction into a simple movement practice that can help to restore our natural movement.

The History of the Great Lakes Naval Station

Tuesday, October 17, 2017 - 7:00pm to 8:30pm
Erik Wright, Education Specialist from the National Museum of the American Sailor, will explore the history and heritage of the Great Lakes Naval Station from its founding in 1911 through two world wars, the development of modern warfare technology and its current role as Recruit Training Command, the US Navy’s only boot camp. The program is sponsored by the Lake Villa Historical Society.
