Parents, did you know the Youth Services Department has iPads that your children can enjoy in the library? These iPads are pre-loaded with fun apps based on popular children’s books as well as other educational activities. Visit us at the Youth Services Desk to find out more!

Looking for a comprehensive, interactive and fun way to introduce a new language to your child? The award-winning language program Muzzy is now available online through the Lake Villa District Library website! To get started, all you need is your LVDL card number (found on the back) and click below!
Inject a little literature into your day! Call into the library at 847-356-7711 after 5:00 p.m., follow the phone prompts, and listen to a 3- to 5-minute story, told by one of the expert storytellers on the LVDL Youth Services staff. Every two weeks there will be a new story to enjoy!
