While the library building is closed, we are still here for you.  Our mission—to enrich life in our community by connecting people with resources, services and each other—goes on, just in a different way. Staff is working remotely to provide digital and electronic resources; virtual programs and more.  Limited reference service is also available. Email refdesk@lvdl.org or call 847.356.7711 and leave a message and we will respond to your email or call you back within 24 hours.

Please note, our book drop is currently closed. Don’t worry about your materials being overdue; all due dates have been extended.

We look forward to seeing you again soon … until then, please stay safe and healthy at home.
