Groups or individuals interested in purchasing the former Lake Villa District Library building at 1001 E. Grand Avenue will have the opportunity to place a bid on the property. Currently listed at $1,995, 000.00 with Robert E. Frank Realty, the site contains five parcels and will be sold “as is”.
In advance of the bid opening, potential bidders may review survey, title and complete due diligence such as inspecting the building. The successful bidder will enter into a real estate contract that will be approved by the Library Board.
Sealed bids will be received up 12pm on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.
