Lindenhurst, IL — During November and December, visitors to Lake Villa District Library can experience beauty in everyday places through the paintings of Uta Raina.
Beauty All Around Us: Finding Wonder in Everyday Places is a collection of acrylic paintings depicting landscapes ranging from local trails, lakes and rivers to beaches and seascapes. “Through light, color and reflection,” said Raina, “I invite people to slow down and discover the beauty that surrounds them.”
Raina will share the stories and inspiration behind her paintings during a presentation on Thursday, November 5, at 7 p.m. Visit www.lvdl.org or call 847.245.5115 for details.
Lake Villa District Library connects people with resources, services, spaces and each other.
